Collin County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections concerning Collin County, Texas. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, or records custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft, fraud, or impersonation
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish the service's content at scale
- Interfere with operation or security of the service
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Collin County Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the material here nor results from a linked search tool are consumer reports. They may not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Links to Outside Sites
Government portals, archives, libraries, and sponsored search tools are outside services with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, charges, or data practices.
5. No Warranties
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that its information is accurate, complete, or current, or that a linked portal will function or produce a correct result.

The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. You may link to a page or quote brief attributed excerpts. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.

A revised version of these terms may be posted here. Continued use after that posting means acceptance of the revision.
10. Cutting Off Access
We may restrict or block access, without notice, when a user violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. Governing Law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Access to Collin County or other Texas government records is subject to the Texas Public Information Act, Tex. Gov’t Code ch. 552, and applicable exceptions, not a promise made by this service. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act became effective July 1, 2024; qualifying consumer data rights are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
